Do I have to do all 5 days in a row?

No. You can do one day per day for five days, or spread them out over two weeks. You can also pause and come back. There’s no deadline. The only thing that matters is that you complete all five walks when you’re ready.

What if I miss a day?

That’s okay. This isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up when you can. Pick back up where you left off.

How long do the walks need to be?

As long as feels right. 5 minutes counts. 30 minutes counts. Even 3 minutes counts. What matters is that you moved.

Where should I walk?

Anywhere you can move. Your neighborhood. A park. A trail. Even just around your block. The location doesn’t matter—the movement does.

What if I don't feel better after walking?

That’s okay. You’re not broken. Sometimes the benefit isn’t immediate. Sometimes it’s just that you moved your body when you didn’t want to, and that matters. The booklet has a whole troubleshooting section for this.
