Gentle Walking Support for Grief
A simple way to move through the heaviness
—one step at a time.
Healing Walks for Grief is a series of 7 gentle walks, created for anyone grieving the loss of someone they love. These walks won’t ask you to move on—just to move, gently, with what you’re carrying.
Grief doesn’t look the way you expected.
Some days feel numb.
Some feel overwhelming.
Some feel like nothing at all.
You might not recognize yourself right now.
You might not know what helps.
That’s where Healing Walks for Grief begins.
When you’re grieving…
- The world can feel heavy and unfamiliar
- Even simple things can feel hard
- You might not know what helps anymore
These walks are a gentle way back.
Not to who you were before—
but to a version of you that can breathe again.
How Healing Walks for Grief Works
This isn’t a test of strength or a race to feel better.
It’s a soft, steady rhythm of reflection and movement—designed to meet you right where you are.
You’ll move through 7 days of gentle walking invitations—each one offering a small moment of space and reflection.
Each walk includes:
- A short reflection grounded in the realities of loss
- A simple affirmation to carry with you
- A gentle walking practice you can do anywhere
You can move through this in the way that feels best for you:

What This Gives You
- A gentle way to move through grief without pressure
- A reason to step outside when everything feels heavy
- A small moment of calm in the middle of hard days
- Something steady to return to, again and again
Even if nothing else has helped, this gives you a place to begin.
Healing Walks for Grief was created from my own experience with grief and the simple truth that walking helped when nothing else did.

FAQs
Can I choose when I start my walks?
Yes. You can begin whenever you’re ready. If you choose the email-guided path, your first walking prompt will arrive the day you click “Start My Challenge Emails” in your dashboard, followed by a new one every other day. If you prefer the self-paced path, you’ll get access to all 7 walks immediately and can move through them in your own time.
What if I miss a day or don’t have much time to walk?
There’s no set schedule and no need to walk for a certain amount of time. You can move through the challenge entirely at your own pace—whether that means walking every day, once a week, or whenever you feel ready. Even just a few minutes can be meaningful. There’s no behind—only your own rhythm.
Is this therapy or a replacement for counseling?
No. This isn’t a substitute for professional grief support. It’s a compassionate tool you can use alongside other forms of support.
Can I go through Healing Walks for Grief more than once?
Yes. Many people return to the challenge again and again as their grief shifts. You’re welcome to walk through it as often as you’d like.
