What if I miss a day?

Do I need to be physically fit to participate?

Is this a replacement for grief counseling?

What if I get emotional during a walk?

That’s completely normal and welcome. These walks create space for whatever emotions arise. You can pause, sit, or head home whenever you need to. The prompts are designed to be gentle, and you’re in control of how deeply you engage with them.
