Welcome to Walk #1. Your journey starts here.

Walk number one is a simple walk. When you are dealing with the hard things in life, the last thing you need is the heaviness of expectations. For this walk, it doesn’t matter if you explore your neighborhood or somewhere you’ve never been. It doesn’t matter if it lasts an hour or just ten minutes. The only thing that matters is that you take this walk.

Approach this walk without expectations of yourself and follow your natural desires and intuition. What’s the first thing that pops into your head when you ask yourself the question where do I want to start my walk? Start your walk at that location. Don’t plan the path to follow, just walk where your desires lead you and for how long feels right to you.

Remember, all you need to do is take the walk that your heart is telling you to take. There will be plenty of time to go deeper on future walks but for now, keep things simple.
